Yes. Burbank Unified School District serves the city, but which school a given address is assigned to is the district's decision and boundaries don't follow neighborhood names. Confirm the boundary for the exact address with Burbank Unified before you make a school the reason for a purchase.
What should I check before buying an older Burbank home?
Whether every addition, converted garage, bathroom and ADU was permitted; the sewer lateral, electrical panel and plumbing on a house of a certain age; the fire zone and a real insurance quote for any hillside address; and, on the north end, how the airport flight paths and the 5 and 134 freeways sit relative to the specific street.
